A Dexus warehouse opposite one of south-west major Sydney’s freight terminals is slated for demolition after more than three decades of industrial use and a recent short-term leasing campaign.

ASX-listed Dexus plans to clear the 3.49ha holding at 46 Airds Road, Minto to make way for a four-tenancy logistics estate.

The Campbelltown council application, with architecture by Watson Young, covers two buildings for warehouse or distribution centre use.
