Darling Square's Third Stage A Sellout

All 391 apartments in the third and final stage of Darling Square have sold at Saturday's launch in Sydney.

The apartments ranged from $630,000 for a studio to $3.5 million for the three bedroom penthouse in the tower.

Over 400 potential buyers turned up from 8am for their last chance to live at Darling Square, in Darling Harbour’s $3.4 billion revitalisation region. Darling Square is primed to be a vibrant village with around 4,200 residents, 2,500 workers plus tourists and visitors with proposed facilities such as the City of Sydney library.
