Cue-Developer Partnerships Redefine Success Benchmarks

As Cue Property Settlements, Queensland’s leading customer concierge and settlement management consultancy approaches 10 years in business, Leah Kent, Cue’s director shares the most drastic market shift she has witnessed at the coal-face in recent years.

Over the past 12 months, Cue has partnered with some of Australia’s most renowned developers to successfully settle six Queensland projects including;

  • 443 Queen St, Brisbane City for Cbus Property

  • Flow Residences, Rainbow Bay for S & S Group

  • Awaken Residences, Rainbow Bay for S & S Group

  • Altura, West Village for Sekisui House Australia

  • The Monroe, Palm Beach for Lacey Group

  • King Arthur Terraces, Yeerongpilly Green for Consolidated Properties Group

These projects comprise 498 new homes and total more than $650 million in combined settlements, Kent said.

“Cue’s recently completed projects have seen unprecedented capital gains to off-the-plan contract prices as reported in independent property valuations, recognising considerable uplift consistent with the rising market.

“This is verification of Queensland’s growth, desirable liveability and overall value proposition.

“It is incredibly rewarding to see our client’s purchasers move into their new homes after lengthy and uncertain transaction periods but even more so, to see them benefit from taking the risk that comes with buying off-the-plan.”

Proactive communication

With lengthier build programs forecast and unforeseeable hurdles to be expected in the construction industry for all upcoming projects, proactive buyer communication is integral to the buyer’s experience, Kent said.

Due to competing targets, sales agents consistently experiencing high volumes of incoming enquiries post-contract are often left accountable for slow response times and late updates.

With multiple projects and many purchasers to nurture throughout the development process, the focus isn’t always on the purchaser experience.

Trusted source

Introduced as early as contract exchange to project completion, Cue is dedicated to providing a personal level of care and a trusted source of information for all aspects of the settlement process.

Working closely with the sales and project teams to manage buyer communication, purchaser variation requests and the entire inspection access process, Cue adds value not only as a resource but can save untold costs and buyer disappointment at handover.

Cue are experts in managing settlement risk, navigating project challenges and building relationships representative of their Client’s commitment to excellence.
