Consolidated Finds Feasibility with Fresh Yeerongpilly Plan

Consolidated properties 25-storey residential tower with a "buried' carpark dropping the footprint and upping the height and revenue for a site 10km south of the CBD on Brisbane River.

A decade after it won the tender to develop the site, Consolidated Properties Group has reworked plans to find feasibility for a precinct near the future home of tennis during the Brisbane Olympics.

The developer has filed plans for a 25-storey residential tower with the Brisbane City Council, increasing the height—and revenue—for the site 10km south of the CBD along the Brisbane River.

The project within the Yeerongpilly Green neighbourhood has been on the cards since 2015 when Consolidated Properties won a state government tender to develop the 14ha precinct.
