Clutch Strikes Gold with Luxury Edgecliff Project

Topping off a list of impressive projects released over the past calendar year, Sydney eastern suburbs developer Clutch is making waves with its newly approved development at 440 Edgecliff Road.

Securing development approval from Woollahra Council on March 28, this site is poised to host 7 opulent three-bedroom apartments in one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.

Less than 1km to Woollahra village, residences will boast panoramic views of Sydney’s harbour along a quiet residential section of Edgecliff Road.

Residents will have ultimate connectivity, with transport options a five-minute walk from their new homes, providing speedy access to the CBD and the eastern beaches.

Close proximity to Double Bay offers upscale retail and dining options a short walk away.

With architecture by PBD Architects, the minds behind MIRA, Bellevue Hill and the upcoming Curlewis Street development, future homeowners can rest assured that the Edgecliff development will provide the same sense of privacy, convenience and grandeur.

In their debut multi-residential project, interior design studio Decus brings their extensive experience in luxury residential interiors to curate spaces that seamlessly blend beauty with functionality.

Nick McCarthy, Clutch’s senior development manager, sought after the appointment of Decus, stating, “Knowing that Decus’s expressive and intuitive approach in interior design for some of the most beautiful homes in Sydney gives us the utmost confidence that they will provide a space that enables a sense of uncompromised opulence”.

“We love that this will be the first multi-residential project for Decus and know that our residents, especially the rightsizers, will feel like they’re ‘coming home’ the moment they step through the door with the design they have curated.”

With CBRE’s Ben Stewart as the exclusive selling agent, anticipation is already high for the release of these apartments in late 2024.

“As always, we prioritise excellence when it comes to our projects. This project is a culmination of the hard work and learnings we have experienced over the last couple of years and will set a new benchmark for the Eastern Suburbs luxury market.”
