Classic Terrace-Inspired Tailor’s Walk Fully Released

FPA_Pemberton-Terraces_1_620x380

Botany’s Tailor’s Walk development has drawn inspiration from the classic Sydney terrace for its final 2016 release, taking all the best elements of the historic design and updating it for modern living.

The end result is 14 beautifully imagined split-level homes known as the Pemberton Terraces.

Situated on Pemberton Street, this latest release at Tailor’s Walk offers four bedroom homes across three storeys, featuring a split-level plan with each of the bedrooms on a separate level for optimum comfort and privacy.

Frasers Property Australia General Manager for Residential NSW, Nigel Edgar, said the terrace homes at Tailor’s Walk have resonated with buyers thanks to their spacious layout and smart design.

“Terrace homes have always been popular with Sydneysiders because of their efficient use of space and urban charm," Mr Edgar said.

"The Pemberton Terraces reflect these classic characteristics, but have been updated for today’s lifestyle with generous, open and light-filled living spaces.

“The layout gives each bedroom its own level with plenty of living spaces for the whole family on the bottom storey. Our terrace homes have been designed using the original concept as a springboard for large, modern, open and bright homes.”

High ceilings and skylights means light will flow through the split levels and allow each space to be illuminated and airy.

The Pemberton Terraces also feature spacious private outdoor areas to the front and back of each property. With turfed and paved areas, these outdoor spaces are ideal for entertaining guests, letting the kids roam around or simply relaxing.

As well as this private space, residents can access their own private community garden and the 3,000 square metre fully landscaped public park set within Tailor’s Walk.

All terraces homes feature two parking spaces within a secure common basement.

The release of the Pemberton Terraces is especially timely, with NSW Planning Minister Rob Stokes last month calling for more medium density housing in established suburbs to meet surging population growth.

Mr Edgar said demand for the traditional Sydney terrace has grown steadily in recent times, and Frasers Property has delivered 1,300 terrace-style homes in the past decade throughout its communities in metropolitan Sydney.

Bounded by Pemberton and Wilson Streets, Tailor’s Walk will comprise a selection of beautifully crafted terrace homes and apartment buildings ranging from six to eight storeys, offering a diverse range of one, two and three-bedroom single level and two storey apartments.

Prices for the Pemberton Terraces range from $1,550,000 to $1,625,000.
