Clarence Property’s 28-Storey Olympic Hub Tower Greenlit

Clarence Property has won approval for its 28-storey residential tower at Hamilton, within Brisbane’s Olympic Athletes Village precinct ahead of the 2032 Games.
The Minister for Economic Development Queensland granted the development permit under the Economic Development Act 2012, after the application was submitted at the start of the year.
The 189-apartment scheme is to rise at 9 Hercules Street, a 15-minute drive north-west of the Brisbane CBD and within the state’s priority development area of Northshore Hamilton, designated to house athletes during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
