Clarence Property Plots 28-Storey Tower in Olympics Hub
A 28-storey brick and glazed facade apartment tower has been proposed for a site close to the Olympic Athletes Village proposed for Northshore Hamilton.
Developer Clarence Property has put forward plans for a 189-apartment development at 9 Hercules Road, a site the group bought for about $12 million in 2018.
The 1841sq m site sits within the State Government’s priority development area of Northshore Hamilton, where it plans to house athletes during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
