High-Density Housing to Fund East Perth Masterplan
High-density development to fund new sports infrastructure is part of a draft masterplan unveiled for the East Perth Langley Park precinct.
The City of Perth plans propose residential, commercial and community components in the plans that are open for comment until March 12.
The site, home to the Perth Bowling and Recreation Club, would be rezoned for highrise residential and commercial use, allowing buildings of 16 storeys or more.
