Sydney-based builder-developer MPG Apartments has filed plans for a 148-apartment tower in the Sydney's south.
The project, at 15-23 Flora Street and 12-18 Valda Avenue, Arncliffe, would include affordable housing as the developer makes use of the height and floor space ratio incentives introduced by the NSW Government last year.
The site, in a low-density residential pocket west of the Sydney Airport precinct and 11km south of the Sydney CBD, is an amalgamation of several lots with single-storey detached and semi-detached homes.
