Residential
BtR ‘Not Desirable’ at Reworked Parramatta Tower

Build-to-rent has established itself as among the hottest categories in the residential space but apparently not for one Parramatta apartment project.
Plans are being pushed forward for a reworked, 37-storey project of about 400 apartments at 33-34 Marion Street that replaces build-to-rent elements with infill affordable housing instead.
A previous State Significant Development application for the site 100m from Harris Park Station was submitted in 2022 by Pacific Community Housing and CN Marion Unit Trust.
