Brookfield Multiplex Complete Melbourne's $300m Prima Tower

Brookfield Multiplex has completed Schiavello and PDG's $300 million Prima Tower at 31-49 Queensbridge Street in Southbank, delivering Melbourne's CBD its second tallest tower.

The 72-level residential tower features a dramatic glass facade and comprises some 661 apartments in a range of configurations including one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Due to the significant height of the building over previously constructed apartment buildings, Brookfield Multiplex revised construction methods to maximise on-site productivity and safety.
