Blackburne Gains Approval on $200m City Beach Landmark

Blackburne can move ahead on its $200-million Ocean Village development after a high stakes WA Planning Commission meeting.
WAPC gave an extended development approval of 48 months for the City Beach project, citing “difficulties getting building under way in the current market”.
More than 200 people attended the lengthy WAPC meeting to discuss the double-tower development of 23 and 10 storeys which included 247 apartments.
