First Look: Billbergia Reveals $3.2bn Rhodes Masterplan
Billbergia’s dominance of Rhodes in Sydney’s Inner West continues as the developer files plans for a multibillion-dollar masterplan of 1840 homes.
The $3.2-billion Rhodes Bay Masterplan Stage 2 builds on Billbergia’s prolific presence on the Rhodes Peninsula, 18km west of the Sydney CBD, overlooking the Parramatta River.
Billbergia amalgamated four lots for the 3.1ha site that fronts Cavell Avenue and Averill and Leeds streets next to Stage 1 of the development at 25-27 Leeds Street. That stage was approved earlier this year.
