Avid Greenlit for 600 Homes in South-East Qld Hotspots

AVID Property Group (AVID) has received development approval for two new communities this month - Vantage Lilywood (Moreton Bay, Qld) and Vantage Logan Reserve (Logan, Qld).

Avid Property Group has won approval for two land lease communities that will add more than 600 homes to its Vantage-brand pipeline in South-East Queensland.

Approved are 294 land lease lots on a 13.53ha site at Moreton Bay within the emerging Waraba city. The project is dubbed Vantage Lilywood.

The Vantage Logan Reserve development was also approved for 372 land lease lots on a 20.46ha site next to the group’s house-and-land project at Chambers Reserve.
