Arada Reveals Bold Design for $2bn Broadbeach Dual-Skyscraper Debut

UAE-based developer Arada has wasted no time taking the covers off its $2-billion dual tower landmark entrance into the Queensland property sector.

Renders of its debut—dubbed One Broadbeach—have been revealed in documents filed with the City of Gold Coast as part of a change application by the Middle Eastern property giant.

The architectural overhaul of a 2019 approval ditches the previously greenlit identical 69-storey twin towers, pivoting to an asymmetrical skyline profile with a 61-storey north tower and 56-storey south tower.
