Aliria Greenlit for Toowoomba Over-50s Townhouses
Two over-50s housing developments worth $362 million now approved by the Toowoomba Regional Council will deliver 416 homes.
The first of those developments, Aliria Cotswold Hills, is a $179-million project on 14.54ha at Tall Oak Drive, 113km west of Brisbane and 8.5km north-west of the Toowoomba town centre.
The project comprises 205 two-bedroom homes plus multi-purpose rooms and construction is due to begin by September.
