Digital Solutions for the Housing Market Slowdown

2b66f2ed-aec0-4ef1-845d-7f44506721c1

As social distancing restrictions ease and signs of life return, housing experts are tentative.

Economists at Commonwealth, HSBC and ANZ have predicted bearish house price falls in capital cities. While this may be good news for buyers and real estate agents, declines in net migration will affect the residential construction pipeline, meaning reduced supply.

The latest ABS figures show residential construction falling to its lowest levels in almost 19 years.

"The shock to the economy from the halting of overseas migration, the absence of student arrivals and uncertainty over the domestic economy will see the national market at a lower point in December 2020 than it was during the 1990s recession," Housing Industry Association managing director Graham Wolfe said.

As real estate agents across the country welcome the return of in-person house viewings and on-site auctions, it is important that they find solutions to keep their property transactions moving forward now and create strong client relationships to future-proof their business in the years to come.

One solution helping real estate agents to get business across the line is InfoTrack’s Rescue Package for real estate agents. The Rescue package consists of four digital tools to help you list quickly and sell effectively keeping your property matters moving forward for a stronger future.

What's included in the Rescue Package?

Complimentary, unlimited usage of SignIT: a quick and simple solution allowing you to get contracts and listing documents signed electronically. SignIT allows you to upload any document and send it to relevant parties via a secure email link. Parties can then review and sign the document online from any location.

For your clients, this means they can sign documentation from the comfort of their own home or when on the go, saving them time and providing them with an easy and efficient service, they are sure to complement you on.

Unlimited access to InfoTrack’s Open for Business marketing toolkit. Download badges for your email signature and social media profiles and posts to let your customers know you are ready to sell property digitally.

Search digital property titles at cost price. InfoTrack has a national property search functionality that offers a complete range of land property searches. Service your clients well with comprehensive information.

Complimentary, unlimited usage of Securexchange: A website to securely exchange confidential information like trust account and bank details, and other important documents between relevant parties.

The Rescue Package has been designed specifically with real estate agents in mind, to assist with listing properties quickly and selling effectively while reducing the need for face to face meetings while social distancing is still in place.

The Rescue Package is available now to all current and new InfoTrack real estate clients until 30 June, 2020.

Fast, powerful technology is helping agents all around Australia to move property listings forward. E-signing is the easiest and fastest way to complete documentation; saving time, reducing costs and administration work.

Cyber security solutions are helping agents keep their data and client’s private information safe from hackers. The property market is the perfect playground for cybercriminals, so it is imperative agents are prepared.

InfoTrack’s suite of cloud-based products have been built for use anywhere at any time, keeping up with you when you are out and about or in the office.

To find out how you can further digitise your processes to list quickly and sell effectively, enhance client relationships and build your business’ reputation, get started with InfoTrack today.
