'999' Reasons To Buy In Box Hill

Screen-Shot-2016-12-02-at-11

As a fast-growing suburb and on track to become Melbourne’s second largest CBD, Box Hill will become home to a dynamic new residential project.

999 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill is a collection of 90 one, two and three bedroom apartments crafted for stylish, modern living.

Designed by lauded Melbourne-based Architectural firm Hayball, 999 Box Hill has been made to reflect a selective but preferred market need of liveability and functionality - combining the serenity of a spa retreat with the practicalities conducive to a modern lifestyle.

Beller Project Marketing Associate Director Heath Thompson said 999 Box Hill is one of the suburbs most exciting and liveable new developments to date.

“Unparalleled location, immaculate design and a considered layout, provide residents with a new level of convenience and ease of lifestyle, making this one of the precincts most desirable new developments on the market," he said.

From the street, four cubic elements rise from the ground with individual architectural characteristics, reading as complementary parts of a single composition.

The crafted architecture of the façade balances the substantial presence of the cubes as the whole.

As one of the first projects to reflect the new design guidelines for Melbourne, each of the 90 light-filled apartments feature ample frontage and wide, liveable spaces, which take full advantage of their buildings superb orientation.

Hayball Director Eugene Chieng said the interiors of 999 Box Hill are inspired by the tranquility of a day spa.

“Timber and natural stone finishes take hues from the interiors of a luxurious spa retreat and the healing power of the earth’s rich mineral assets.

"A minimal design palette of warm gold and bronze tones further reinforces the sense of wellbeing and peacefulness throughout.”

Each apartment will also boast a large, semi-permanent stone island bench, which can be easily moved, affording an unprecedented level of flexibility with the layout of the kitchen and living spaces.

While each apartment comes with a car space, 999 Box Hill’s convenient location -
just a few hundred meters from Box Hill Shopping Centre, Box Hill Gardens, Epworth Eastern Hospital, an extensive public transport network and buzzing street culture – means residents have all they need just a short stroll away.

999 Box Hill is set to launch in the first quarter of 2017.
