8 Prominent Development / Investment Sites - QLD, NSW & VIC

unnamed-6-1

Ray White Commercial NSW in collaboration with the Ray White Network are pleased to present for sale eight prominent sites on the East Coast of Australia. The sites are for sale individually.

“Our client, a publicly listed corporation, has provided very clear instructions for these assets to be sold,” according to Ray White Commercial NSW’s Managing Director & Partner, Jeff Moxham.

“The sites are each located in high traffic areas within commercial precincts, originally purchased for their strategic location” Mr Moxham said. “They range in sizes from 595m2* - 23,000m2* “and their zonings include Commercial, Retail, Mixed-Use or Residential.

These eight (8) sites are spread down the Eastern seaboard with one in Queensland, four in New South Wales and three in Victoria, with one each in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne CBDs, according to Mr Moxham.

Included in the sale are the following opportunities:

Speaking of the appointment Mr Moxham said it was partly due to Ray White’s business model which means management is centralised from their Sydney headquarters, with the assistance of local area experts. “We really are the only agency that can offer this,” Mr Moxham said.

The sites are being offered for sale either by Auction or Expressions of Interest. For more information, interested parties should visit the following website. http://developmentsiteportfolio.com.au/ or contact the selling agents below.
