Another set of plans for the site of a demolished Coles supermarket in Sydney’s south are on exhibition as Bronxx looks for uplift on an approved mixed-use development.

At 277 The Grand Parade, Ramsgate, about 13km south of the CBD, the developer pursued a 144-key hotel in 2022, before pivoting to a 50-home mixed-use scheme, which was approved by a regional planning panel in 2024.

Now, a proposal for 70 apartments above three levels of basement parking under the state-significant pathway has gone on exhibition.
