Brookfield Multiplex Completes $300M Southbank Development

Brookfield Multiplex has just completed Central Equity’s largest project to date – the new $300 million plus residential Southbank Grand Apartments at 151 City Road in Southbank, Victoria.

Located on a corner site bound by City Road, Power and Fawkner Streets, the 43 level tower comprises 515 apartments in a range of configurations including one, two and there bedroom units as well as exclusive penthouses.
