Villawood Properties latest $5 million resident’s only recreational facility has opened its doors at Trillium community in Mickleham in north Melbourne.
Executive Director Tony Johnson said that off the back of the success of Villawood’s Alamanda and Marriott Waters club facilities, the challenge was set to build the best residents only facility to date.
“Trillium is the only development in the region to have a club facility like this exclusively for our residents and features a fully equipped gymnasium, pools, a tennis court, function space, café, meeting space and more,” he said.
“The design for Club Trillium was developed by Hayball Architects and inspired by the retro and unique architectural features of Palm Springs in the 1940’s, 50’s and 60’s.
“It has raised the bar for Villawood and has set a new benchmark in the development industry for the quality and standard of facilities that we provide our residents."
