Urbanity-26 Reveals the First Wave of Speakers Joining the Gold Coast in July
From masterplanned cities, co-living development, land-lease communities and placemaking to adaptive reuse, construction innovation and AI, the first Urbanity-26 speaker release covers the full spectrum of what is reshaping the built environment today and in the years ahead.
Taking place from July 22–24, 2026 at The Star Gold Coast, Urbanity-26 brings together more than 500 decision-makers from across the Asia Pacific property, development and urban sectors.
The first slate spans developers, capital, construction innovators, architects and technology leaders—the people actively shaping the cities of today and tomorrow.
Speakers will take the stage across a three-day program of keynotes, panel discussions, case studies, interactive workshops and curated site tours.

Maha Sinnathamby AM
The master developer behind Greater Springfield, one of Australia’s largest masterplanned cities, Maha Sinnathamby AM brings a perspective few others can offer. From paddocks to a fully functioning city, Sinnathamby’s project stands as proof of what generational thinking and bold vision can deliver at scale. At Urbanity-26, he will share the lessons behind building cities that last.
Jonathan Drew
Founder of Gold Coast-based Drew Group, Jonathan Drew understands what it takes to deliver complex urban projects at scale, bridging vision, investment and execution in rapidly evolving cities. He joins the Urbanity-26 lineup to examine the realities of transformational city-shaping development.
Brook Monahan
Founder of Mosaic Property Group, Brook Monahan has built one of Australia’s most prolific development businesses through a vertically integrated model that continues to deliver at a time when construction and delivery challenges are weighing on the sector.
Chris Tyas
Chris Tyas leads design-focused developer Cadre across a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, large format retail and co-living across the eastern seaboard. At Urbanity-26, he will share the drivers behind Cadre’s investment into co-living and how design underpins every decision across the business.
Oscar Ledlin
Oscar Ledlin sits at the intersection of property development, construction innovation and material science. As the founder of Ledlin Group and the Sustainable Concrete Group, which transforms waste glass, plastic and desert sand into high-performance engineered building materials, Ledlin joins Urbanity-26 to explore what the next era of construction innovation looks like in practice.
Marcel Zalloua
Marcel Zalloua led Geyer Valmont for two decades before establishing ResetData in 2021, described as Australia’s first AI inference and high-density factory. ResetData provides real estate owners, including 50 per cent partner Centuria Capital Group, with a solution to onshore, sovereign AI capability. Zalloua will take the stage to discuss where AI and real estate converge.
Tim Sherlock
As managing director and co-founder of Pro-invest Group, Tim Sherlock draws on experience across real estate and private equity to examine the investment environment, intrinsic value and risk. He will also share how Pro-invest is approaching the emerging co-living asset class and why it has become a strategic priority for the firm.
Suzy Jensen
Head of development at land lease pioneer Palm Lake Group, Suzy Jensen brings experience across planning, development, design and operations. As the over-50s resort and lifestyle sector scales and matures, Jensen joins Urbanity-26 to share her perspective on how, where and why.
Rosa Chang
Rosa Chang is helping define how global cities can reimagine public spaces. As the founder of Gotham Park, a non-profit driving the activation of the Brooklyn Banks under the Brooklyn Bridge—billed as the next High Line—Chang joins Urbanity-26 to unpack her vision for regenerative placemaking and city shaping.
Gumji Kang
Australian head of global architecture firm Snøhetta, Gumji Kang brings an international perspective to the creation of places that are more connected, cultural and human-centred. Kang will share insights into designing cities with people genuinely at the centre.
