Urban Leader Awards Category Highlight: Future Leader

The deadline for entries in the 2024 edition for The Urban Developer’s inaugural Urban Leader Awards is now less than two weeks away.

This year the awards span 14 diverse categories to celebrate excellence across the property sector, including development, architecture and design, planning, sustainability, construction, finance, legal, valuation and advisory, real estate, marketing, technology, and community engagement.

Among those categories is the Future Leader award, which will spotlight rising stars in the industry aged 35 years and under.

This is your chance to be recognised for your individual achievements and contributions to the industry. Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your work and gain well-deserved recognition.

Hurry, nominations close on Friday, August 30, 2024.

The Future Leader award celebrates those who have made a significant impact across any field in the built environment.

Open to individuals and small teams (up to three members) working in any role within a firm, this award recognises excellence in leadership, growth, innovation, responsibility, bravery, and the elusive X-Factor.

The jury will focus on how these young professionals have demonstrated exceptional leadership and driven positive change in the industry and the broader community. By entering, applicants can showcase their achievements and set a new standard for the future of the industry.
