TUD Awards Winner: Development of the Year - New Communities

The fourth annual The Urban Developer Awards, in association with Trilogy Funds, recognises standout property industry performers from across Australasia.

The awards program is delivered digitally, replacing the previously-held black-tie gala dinner with our virtual celebration of content.

Today, we celebrate Development of the Year - New Communities, proudly presented by Maxcap Group.

This award recognises excellence in the development of masterplanned communities in the built-form or land estates sector.

The finalists for Development of the Year - New Communities are:

  • Serenity Waters
    Keylin-Kinstone

  • The Gallery by Meriton
    Meriton

  • New Breeze

About this project

Tullamore Doncaster provides a means to live with nature with more than 900 residences across 47 hectares. The community is nestled in the landscape of Doncaster with many parks, walking trails and public open space.

The project revamps older existing properties, such as the Homestead and the Elephant House, to create 11,000sq m of amenities. The site retains an ornamental water-body as a habitat for local aquatic bird life, connecting the residents to nature.

Each Tullamore home achieves a minimum 6-star energy rating with numerous sustainability features incorporated throughout the development, including an innovative prefabrication pilot to reduce waste and construction timeframes.
