Triple Tower Plans Under Scrutiny in Sydney’s Auburn
Plans for an upscaled 359-apartment project in an evolving suburb in Sydney’s west have gone on exhibition.
The mixed-use development planned for 41 Auburn Road in Auburn, located in the Cumberland Council local government area, is now under assessment through the state significant development pathway.
Place Studio has designed the $94-million project which would replace a two-storey commercial building on the 5800sq m site that is surrounded by the mixed-use retail and commercial development in Auburn Central.
