Plans for a 19-storey hotel and 264-unit residential complex have been filed for a site in Sydney’s Castle Hill.
The $165-million project has been put forward by Garth 2 Pty Ltd, a vehicle of Sam Kassis, Reve Group director and founder of Kassis Homes which is now run by his son, and which already has projects under way in the area.
Kassis reportedly acquired the some of the sites which have been amalgamated into its wider development site in July this year for $54.3 million from the receivers of the collapsed Toplace group.
