Top Spring’s Munro House Comes to Life with DisplaySweet

Integrated property group Top Spring Australia has seen a strong start to 2022, delivering landmark projects driven by world-class design, innovation and global expertise.

Recently they’ve partnered up with DisplaySweet, one of Australia’s leading proptech providers and continued to make waves in the industry, with their most recent development, Munro House, a huge success due to the innovative property technology used in their sales showroom.

Situated in the bayside suburb of Elizabeth Bay, Sydney, Munro House is a six-storey development that will include 30 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom residences including a stunning penthouse above a single level of basement car parking.

“DisplaySweet did an amazing job helping us with the launch of Munro House. We wanted to provide our purchasers with a very sophisticated sales experience that made them feel like they were walking through their future home and not just another project display,” Top Spring marketing manager Jessica Grujovski said.

Designed by PBD Architects and Mim Design, Munro House sits with its Art Deco neighbours through a curvaceous façade, generous proportions, and natural materials.

The showroom incorporated several pieces of DisplaySweet’s technology, including the DS-Live app, high-tech TV screens and an integrated sound experience and interactive model integration.

“The DisplaySweet team nailed our brief and guided us to the best outcome for our project. We had an excellent result with 95 per cent sold within six months, and during a pandemic no less,” Grujovski said.

They also helped Top Spring with the setup of a second display once construction on-site had commenced, and made sure that everything was up and running.

“We look forward to working with the DisplaySweet team on future projects, and we have many in the pipeline,” Grujovski said.

Coming soon to market are two new projects by Top Spring, one in the leafy enclave of Double Bay and the other in the bustling St Leonards.

DisplaySweet platform is used by developers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore and Malaysia. The platform integrates with proprietary showroom technology including immersion rooms, interactive models, masterplans and more.

“The use of interactive 3D virtual models has been increasingly popular as it allows sales agents to present buildings in a 360-degree manner, exploring buildings, exteriors, floor plates and floor plans to their full potential,” said DisplaySweet’s ANZ account manager Marcus Skeggs.

“Our partnership with Top Spring has again shown that our technology sells buildings at a faster rate and for a more premium price.”
