Time & Place Plots Potts Point Affordable Pathway Pivot

After three years in planning limbo, Time & Place has made a fast-track pivot for its Potts Point luxury development.
Reflecting the shifting planning landscape in NSW, the developer has submitted its plans for 45-53 Macleay Street for consideration as a State Significant Development.
A spokesperson for Time & Place said it was a “complex, city-shaping project, and the SSDA process is built for that scale”.
