Urban Developer Award Entry Early-Bird Pricing Ends Soon

The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence are back for 2026—and early-bird pricing closes Friday, March 6.

Presented in partnership with Trilogy Funds, the awards are now in their ninth year and are the only truly independent program recognising outstanding achievement across urban development in the Asia-Pacific region. 

This year, the program will recognise excellence across 25 categories, showcasing the most impactful projects and leading organisations shaping the future of our cities across Australia and New Zealand.

If your project or business deserves recognition, now is the time to act—early-bird pricing will save you up to $100 per submission. 

Early-bird entry fees

First entry: $450 (standard rate $550)

Second entry: $400 (standard rate $500)

Third and subsequent entries: $375 (standard rate $475)

Finalists will be celebrated at the Awards Gala Dinner on Friday, July 24, at The Star Gold Coast—bringing together more than 1000 leaders from across property and urban development for a ‘night of nights’ that defines the year in urban development.
