undefined

The winners of the 2023 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence were announced at a gala dinner at The Star on the Gold Coast on Wednesday night.

The sixth annual awards, in association with Trilogy Funds, recognise standout property industry performers from across Australasia.

Hosted by comedian Anthony ‘Lehmo’ Lehmann, more than 450 of the industry’s movers and shakers joined The Urban Developer to celebrate 130 finalists across 22 categories from Australia and New Zealand.

The Urban Developer co-founder and chief executive Adam Di Marco said the judging panel had been impressed by the breadth of projects submitted.

“The calibre of the finalists this year has been unprecedented,” he said.

“We are delighted to celebrate the successes of our 130 finalists and winners for 2023. These awards showcase the best and brightest in Australia’s built environment and the people and projects championing strong, sustainability-led design.”
