Each year, we invite submissions from all of our industry’s diverse sectors, including residential, retail, industrial, health, and retirement and aged care.

Winners and finalists of The Urban Developer Awards will be recognised by industry peers and leaders, and receive extensive media coverage, boosting their reputation and showcasing their work to a global audience.
Winners will be announced at our gala awards night on the Gold Coast on August 30.
