Tessa and Excel Commence Construction in Bowen Hills

Tessa Group and Excel Development Group have commenced construction of their $22 million Parkside On Folkestone residential development at Bowen Hills.

Hutchinson Builders has already started on the basement works and pilings at the development, located at 5-9 Folkestone St.

Tessa Group Managing Director Brendan Tutt said that this project is a great example of developing for the market.

Tessa Developments has a current pipeline of over $150 million worth of projects totalling 250 dwellings made up of inner city apartments and townhouses and is focussing its efforts on delivering the current pipeline and opportunistic acquisitions.
