Tessa And Excel Set To Launch Blue Chip Ascot Residences Brisbane

a

Tessa Developments and Excel Development Group are poised to launch their new project, the $22 million Ascot Residences Brisbane.

The project at 19- 27 Onslow Street was designed by multi-award-winning Brisbane architect Peter Willis from Red Door architecture.

It consists of 34 two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 97 sqm to 180 sqm.

Brendan Tutt, Managing Director of Tessa Group said: “Our companies are very particular in the projects that we get involved with as we are very protective of our brands.

"Ascot is a blue chip suburb and one we are very familiar with.

"We only want to be associated with the highest-quality projects and we work hard to ensure design and living are our first objectives, we need to deliver this to our clients, they expect it from us.

" Ascot Residences Brisbane was a unique opportunity in the fact that we were able to acquire half an acre of land in Ascot through an off market transaction – this is very rare.

"We worked with our architects over many months to ensure we did not over-develop the site and furthermore we moved away from the standard smaller one bedroom units most developers are doing in the current market to provide a development featuring only large apartments.
