A proposal “many years in the making” to expand and upgrade an Upper North Shore retirement community has opened for comment.
The United Protestant Association (UPA) has submitted plans for its Ku-ring-gai development at 1610, 1614-1634 Pacific Highway, and 5 Munderah Street at Wahroonga.
UPA wants to demolish buildings on the site “no longer fit for purpose”, including its Northcott House and Redleaf sites, which have been decommissioned due to safety and amenity concerns.
