Quays Hope Island
will comprise 40 three-bedroom townhomes, some with waterfront views over the Hope Island Grand Canal.
Sunland Managing Director, Sahba Abedian,
said, "the Group’s vision for The Quays is to create a vibrant community that seamlessly integrates with the existing amenities and infrastructure at Hope Island".
Features include, two greenfield sites, a large central parkland, sheltered BBQ pavilions, formal garden space and amphitheatre- style spaces.
Residences within the development will be priced from $425,000 and will appeal strongly to first home buyers and empty nesters.
Sunland is currently taking registrations for exclusive pre-release access and will be formally unveiled in October.
Construction is scheduled to commence during the first quarter of 2015.
Hope Island is located on the mouth of the Coomera River and is home to the renowned Hope Island Resort and championship golf course.
