Stage 2 of $550m Ryde Garden Residential Development Takes Off

0

Offshore developer

Country Garden, has launched Stage 2 of the $550 million

Ryde Garden residential development. Stage 2 will consist of the construction of 336 new apartments, which will be a great addition to the lifestyle mix of natural beauty, amenities, and study and business opportunities.

Ryde Garden is a remarkable new integrated community, nestled amongst locally celebrated national parks and waterways, designed by internationally acclaimed architects, Bates Smart. Stage 2 apartment buildings will consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments starting from $498,000.

The complex is surrounded by a 4000 square metres park imaginatively landscaped by Aspect Studios to deliver a consummate standard of living that combines the practical and aesthetic.

Each apartment has its own balcony and all ground floor apartments have large private courtyard spaces, which are further separated from the public domain via lush greenery.

Ground floor apartments are part elevated above the adjacent public domain to create private spaces with outlooks into the various landscaped spaces around the development. The architectural expression of each facade is panoramic, framing views to the city and Blue Mountains.

Balconies facing east contain stunning winter gardens, creating semi external spaces with enhanced usability and flexibility.Timber soffits and paving continue from inside to out to create a seamless transition from internal spaces to the central park spaces beyond.

All foyers are provided with double height ceilings with bespoke furniture to create spaces that evoke differing themes of park design.

The complex has stunning communal spaces – three rooftop terraces, a tree-lined swimming pool, gym, BBQ area and childcare on site – giving residents the perfect backdrop to entertain.

If residents venture beyond the gates of Ryde Garden, they will be delighted by the brand new shopping centre, restaurants, cafes and a gleaming array of integrated community facilities.

The complex is just an eight minute drive from both Chatswood and Macquarie University with Lane Cove National Park is just around the corner and the Lane Cove River within easy walking distance.

A 2100 square metre Community Park will be constructed on site as part of future works providing an enlarged public space with planned connectivity to North Ryde Station.

North Ryde is the home to high-tech, bio-tech and pharmaceutical market leaders and multinational powerhouses, the neighbouring Macquarie Business Park also puts residents at the heart of Australasia’s second largest business technology precinctRyde’s gleaming new train station is right on Ryde Garden’s doorstep.

For those taking the car to work, the secure underground car park is only one minute from the Hills M2 freeway, sporting a recent $550million upgrade to make commuting to the CBD swifter and more efficient.

The building was released for sale, Saturday 15th November, with a result of 185 units sold, including two of the penthouses sold for a whopping $1.88 million each.

Construction on Ryde Garden is expected to begin in December 2014, with an expected completion date of mid-2017.
