Tripling down on revised plans after expanding the footprint of an approved Gold Coast tower site has reaped it a sizeable development-ready upside.
The green light has been given to an upscaled Broadbeach proposal for a 24-storey highrise of 96 units spanning 1219sq m across two lots at 38-40 Australia Avenue.
It supersedes previous approved plans for a 23-storey tower with 31 apartments for the single 602sq m lot at 38 Australia Avenue, at the corner with Jubilee Avenue.
