Malaysian developer SP Setia wants to rework its 72-storey skyscraper planned for the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
A hotel gallery, layouts and facades would all change under amendments to plans for the Atlas project at 383 La Trobe Street.
The 2851sq m site is several blocks along La Trobe Street from SP Setia’s other project, the Shangri-La and Sapphire by The Gardens twin tower project.
