SP Setia Flags Changes to 72-Storey Melbourne Skyscraper

Malaysian developer SP Setia wants to rework its 72-storey skyscraper planned for the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. 

A hotel gallery, layouts and facades would all change under amendments to plans for the Atlas project at 383 La Trobe Street.

The 2851sq m site is several blocks along La Trobe Street from SP Setia’s other project, the Shangri-La and Sapphire by The Gardens twin tower project.
