SMA Projects Files South Melbourne Hotel Plans
Plans for a hotel have been filed for a vacant South Melbourne site subject to several earlier proposals during the past decade.
SMA Projects has filed plans for the 1040sq m site at 134-138 Moray Street, 2km south of the Melbourne CBD.
The Hayball-designed plans for the site comprise a nine-storey building of 162 short-stay apartments that are now before the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning.
