Billionaire Taiwanese developer John Lin’s Shayher Group has revealed the latest plans for its redevelopment of the former CSIRO site on the Brisbane riverfront.
It has filed a proposal for two mid-rise apartment towers on the 7.2ha Long Pocket holding acquired in 2010 for $25.3 million.
Under the plans, the buildings—Riverview Apartments and Parkview Apartments—would rise six and seven storeys, respectively, on a north-east 7086sq m portion of the site.
