Sekisui House is launching Ecco Ripley this month with the release of the first stage, Brooking Rise.
With construction planned over the next 15 years, the master-planned community will be the first residential community in the Ripley Valley in South East Queensland.
It will include over 4,300 homes, 40 hectares of open space, a transit centre and a retail and commercial town, all over 194 hectares.
Brooking Rise will comprise 100 allotments ranging in size from 300sqm to 622sqm with prices starting at $147,000 and include 4 hectares of parklands.
The sales office will feature a 3D reality tool to help buyers to explore the site in detail from the sales office.
Ecco Ripley will be one of the largest Queensland housing developments and Australia's largest master-planned community.
