Seascape Launched In Redland Bay By Villa World

S

Developer and home builder Villa World has launched its latest residential project in Redland Bay, south-east of Brisbane, called Seascape.

Reflecting the character of a coastal village, Seascape will offer 99 designer townhomes on an elevated waterside site overlooking the planned Weinam Creek marina development.

Villa World senior development manager Murray Simpson said Seascape was ideal for those seeking a low maintenance coastal lifestyle.

“Seascape will appeal to a range of buyers but in particular we believe retirees and empty nesters will be attracted to the low maintenance aspect of the homes and the resort atmosphere,” he said.

“It will have a distinctive seaside village vibe and we’re expecting strong interest from downsizers across the bayside region.”

Residents at Seascape will have access to a range of recreational facilities including a park, lush landscaping, community vegetable garden, swimming pool and barbecues.

They will also be a short walk from the transformative 42 hectare Weinam Creek marina development, which is poised to become the cultural and economic heart of Redland Bay.

The project will revitalise the existing marina facilities with a new 400-berth marina and a new waterfront esplanade with shops, restaurants, cafes and open space.

Mr Simpson said Seascape’s architect-designed townhomes would be developed over four stages.

Each residence will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a covered entertainment space, steel appliances, air conditioning and a lock-up garage.

Seascape’s townhomes will be priced from $445,000.

The display home will be open from July 30 at Salisbury Street, Redland Bay.

Seascape is the latest of a series of Villa World communities in the Redlands including completed projects Mt Cotton Village and East Ridge and current developments Era at Capalaba, Waterline and Affinity at Thornlands and Ellabay in Redland Bay.

Established in 1986, Villa World is Queensland’s oldest ASX-listed property developer and one of Australia’s largest housing providers.
