GBW Group Wins DA Approval For Kangaroo Point Tower

GBW Group has received DA approved for its proposed residential tower at 2 Scott St Kangaroo Point.

The tower, which is designed by architects bureau^proberts is the second time that the two companies have worked together at Kangaroo Point, following their previous work with the award-winning development SILT.

“The No 2 Scott Street project provides a new direction for apartment living in Brisbane and in
development of the Kangaroo Point peninsula,” said GBW Group Director Cam Ginardi.

“The iconic project site is highly visible from the city and river with fantastic city views. We have
designed a building that takes our concept for SILT a step further and really maximises the potential
of the site,” he said.
