Revelop Scoops Up Camden Stockyard Site, Plots Retail
A saleyard site in Sydney’s south-west would be transformed into a major retail precinct under plans by the site’s new owner, Revelop.
The developer acquired The Stockyards of Camden site last month in a deal managed by Inglis Property Macarthur. Revelop reportedly paid $4.55 million for the 2.82ha site.
Touted as the “single largest parcel” in Camden’s CBD, Revelop said the acquisition would pave the way for the development of its latest flagship retail project.
