Twin tower plans have been filed for an integrated vertical “later living” village at Runaway Bay fronting the Gold Coast Broadwater.
Retirement-living developer Esprit de Vie led by Stephen Scotchmer is behind the proposal.
Under the plans, dual slender towers rising 21 and 22 storeys would accommodate a total of 57 high-end two and three-bedroom apartments.
