DA-Approval Site Portal PermitReady.Com.Au Achieves Success For Developers, Investors And Agents

CS-2-final-2-9_620x380-1

The owners of PermitReady.com.au are the newest online property innovators after its two Melbourne-based owners launched Australia's only dedicated online portal for selling and searching for development sites featuring permit-approved and permit-potential land from all Australian states.

In the nine months from January to September 2016 PermitReady.com.au has featured over 1000 individual listings in Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Queensland, fed from more than 400 individual real estate agencies and delivering on average more than 50 enquiry leads to marketing agents as part of its client sales campaigns.

The company caught the attention of the country’s biggest real estate networks with the business’ largest clients including CBRE, Colliers International, Knight Frank, JLL and Savills, after the Melbourne-based company sought to create a culture of developing healthy business partnerships with real estate agencies.

The team is successfully tapping into the sector which was last year worth $182 billion in sales to the national economy.

Managing Director Nick Materia who co-owns the business with Will Pickering, said the company has achieved ongoing revenue growth on a month-to-month basis.

PermitReady.com.au features development-approved and development "potential" sites from across Australia.

“We run the business lean and then we re-invest those profits back into the business,’ he said.

“We’ve identified a number of significant growth opportunities and the company is actively pursuing these,” he said.

Less than two years old, the business launched in March 2015 with the goal to connect property developers and investors to development sites across Australia. Leading real estate networks and individual offices have embraced the portal as a key marketing channel for their development sites sales campaigns.

Mr Materia, who has a construction management background, said the idea for Permit Ready emerged as he was seeking and selling a permit-approved development site. He became frustrated with having to browse through countless numbers of properties on traditional portals in an attempt to identify permit-approved or potential development site opportunities.

“I simply wanted to cut down on the time and complexity of finding a prospective development site,” he said.

From there, Permit Ready was born – a dedicated platform for developers and investors searching for their next project.

“Permit Ready actively targets the property developer and investor market segments. Our objective is to make Permit Ready the ‘go-to’ website for selling and searching for property development site," Mr Materia said.
