Project Focus: Camilla Residences Delivering For Downsizers

Perth architect turned developer Barry Baltinas' latest project, the $28 million Camilla Residences in West Perth, has been specifically designed to attract downsizers with flexible floor plans and a luxury spec.

The project includes 19 luxury apartments on Mount Street, close to Baltinas’ recently completed Halo apartment project.

“As a development, Camilla reflects all that Mount Street is – it’s elegant, feminine, sophisticated, bright and full of natural sunlight and fresh air,” said Baltinas Made founder, Barry Baltinas.

The design of this project is a collaboration between Baltinas Made and Perth commercial architecture firm 

Cameron Chisholm Nicol, and will include winter garden balconies that can be fully enclosed as well as penthouses with private swimming pools and BBQ/bar areas.
