Pointcorp Submits DA For West End Development

d

A development approval application has been submitted by

Pointcorp for a new seven building precinct development in Brisbane's West End.

Located on the Brisbane River, 25 Donkin Street is expected to create a new shared road and a pedestrian link between Donkin and Hockings Street.

Comprising 988 apartments across the seven towers, each building will include rooftop amenities such as lounges, barbecue areas and pools.

The buildings on the river side are set to be 11 storeys and the buildings at the rear will be 12 storeys.

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, new park areas will replace the current Riverside Drive.

If given the green light, this will signify the start of numerous renewal projects as part of the

Kurilpa Masterplan.
